**As Promised**

Pictures!! Well from the first couple of days anyway...I don't want to overwhelm you! ;)

The following pictures are from our first 2 days. Our stop in Arkansas for dinner and on to some fun adventures. Enjoy.....

We spent the night in Memphis. We got up the next day for a tour of Graceland. I really only wanted a picture of the front of the mansion but apparently you have to go on a tour to get that one pic (well I took a few more, LOL!) Since I have the same b-day as Elvis, my family wanted me to see my b-day buddy's mansion. I do love a good Elvis tune ;)

The very first room of the mansion, on your right...that's Elvis's baby grand. The house feels like a time warp from when he passed away. It's amazing to see all the intricate designs everywhere! Witout giving away too much (you HAVE to go when you can!) I'll leave it at this room...my fave one :)


Moving on...

Savannah is standing in front of a fountain in the "Meditation Garden" where Elvis, his twin brother (who died at birth), his mom, dad & grandmother are buried.

And our tour continues on to - where my hubby wanted to see:

No sillies! Not Greece (I WISH!) this is the smaller version of the gorgeous Parthenon. It's in Nashville,Tennessee. We're right across the street from the Vanderbilt campus. SO beautiful!

It's so BIG!! If this is a smaller replica - the bigger one has to just be GINORMOUS!
