Mom - wait...where's Mom? OH yeah...shopping. Hee hee...

The kids wanted to go white water rafting so while I went with Alan's cousin & daughter to the mall to do some fun shopping - he took the kids down the Hiwasee River in Tennessee....

Here's the pics they took with a little bitty disposable camera. Now I did tweak them somewhat in Lightroom - but all in all I think these are pretty good pics using a disposable:

Alan took this for me - he's so cute. I love the way old houses, barns, churches look so he thought I'd enjoy this one ... he was right! I love how the photo turned out..

Nahh...I don't think she'd do anything, I'm just going to put my foot in this freezing (well 50 degree) water to see what it feels like....

Oh man! Maybe I should have been looking! (Not really - Savannah didn't do anything, lol...Shaypher said he just wanted to jump in to see how the water felt...

The kids said that was alot of fun. I'll take their word for it.

They also told me it was HOT. I'd be sweating.

I am not a fan of sweating.

Nor rowing.

Nor water where I can't see the bottom...

BUT seeing the joy on the kids faces from their adventure on the river was just priceless. :)

p.s. I wanted to say thank you one more time for all of your thoughts and prayers :) There has been arrangements made for my uncle. The memorial service is on Thursday at 11 am. :)
