**Pomp & Circumstance...**

I'm not going to cry.

I'm not going to get gushy.

I'm not going to cry nor get gushy.

I'm not going to cry, get gushy or become THAT mom.

You know the kind...

the...

"Ohhh my baby's graduated, my nest is empty, my heart is

so full of emotion, what am I going to do??"

ok wait.

who am I kidding.

I AM that mom.

I will get gushy.

I will cry (but can you believe I didn't? )

I will forever be...THAT mom.
That mom who's so full of pride she bursts....

Because a week ago Sunday, on May 30th...

this happened:

::sniff::

my baby graduated.

him:

he walked the stage,

took that diploma proudly

and finished his 13 years of school.

Kindergarten to grade 12.

Just.like.that.

He is so very handsome:

in his Texas Scholar medal, his cap & gown...

so proud of that kid.

 his proud family (well minus me, I'm behind the camera...)

(figures that every picture of me and the boy - my eyeballs are SHUT., really?)

and his biggest fan (well next to me & his dad, LOL)

or as I like to call it...his partner in crime:

She's back to Baylor this August

and he's off to Hardin Simmons.

it's just me and my 5 guys here at home.
