*Prima & Faber Castell Blog Hop*

Is there anything better than two companies combining their amazing products?
Today I have a joint venture project by Prima Marketing and Faber-Castell!

Not only do their products work perfectly together,
but they provide wonderful platforms for inspiration and creativity!
Both of the design teams were challenged to create projects
combining products just for YOU!
Hopefully this will get your creativity going too.

I created this layout using a quote from a book I love called
"She" book by Kobi Yamada.
To remind myself that I can do whatever I set my mind out to do....

This is just beautiful! I LOVE the title and your handwriting is wonderful. The colors are so bright and vibrant and really pop against the white. I confess that I haven't used Prima or Faber Castell products yet....just eyed them enviously. I am really loving the Mixed Media journal and watercolor pencils though.

Leslie,

I really like the wording you chose for this piece, it speaks to a lot of us who need to be reminded to go for it! I LOVE the colors you used as well. the whole thing is very inspirational and uplifting, thank you!

I have to be honest, I have never had the pleasure of using Prima products YET, but I am very interested in what I have heard about their journal as well as their canvas as it seems to work well with the Faber Castell products. I have a very small set of their stuff (one gelato and some pencils) and I really like them. This is only the second blog hop I have ever done, but both have had Prima products and I am in LOVE. I hope to win so I can play with some of their stuff too! Thank you for providing such a beautiful layout and for offering us a chance to win here as well

Have a great day,
Maureen

Just a wonderful layout - I always love Prima flowers and I think the FC fav would be the watercolor pencils but I definitely want to try the gelatos

Debby said...

I don't know what is more incredible: your quote or your layout. Both are awesome. My favorite Prima...narrowing it down from everything to probably their more earthy style flowers and the new tiles. I have not used FC's products, but this hop is certainly inspiring me to give it a try.

This is just beautiful. I recognize some of the Prima products I've used before. My favorite is probably the wooden buttons. I have used Faber Castell products--I've used the markers and Gelatos, and very quickly used the Aquarelles (in a class). I'm trying to learn better how to use these great art supplies by watching videos on the internet.

I love Prima flowers, but would love to try adding their metal trinkets or lace with pearls or fabulous canvas to some of my projects. All of their fabulous designer product look so awesome too. I haven't tried Faber Castell products yet, but have watched many of Jill Foster's great PB & J videos using them, and they all look fabulous too. Thank you for the extra giveaway. Love your whimsical style and sense of colour. My favourite Prima product has to be the flowers, though it was a close call between them and the Patterned Papers. Its all about getting back to basics. I havent had the opportunity to try the Faber Castell markers yet but I'm fairly keen. I use markers, pastels, crayons - all kinds of products for mixed media so I am sure I would love these markers as well.
